Studio Manager
Job Description
Peas are excited to be working alongside a creative studio to find their newest recruit. The studio specialises in brand identity, motion design, digital design, animation, copywriting, and more, working with a broad range of clients across industries such as retail, luxury, technology, hospitality + education.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Studio Manager who thrives in a creative environment. Reporting to the Creative Director, the role involves working closely with designers, animators, and strategists across multiple global offices.
The role:
Project & Resource Management
Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate daily schedules for the creative team and optimize resource allocation.
Implement tools and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Support internal projects, managing plans and budgets to deliver impactful outcomes.
Communicate project timelines and requirements with the Resourcing Manager for effective planning of staff and freelancers.
Working with external teams to formulate a briefs before briefing in the Creatives.
Team & Freelancer Coordination
Monitor team skill sets, identify gaps, and work with the Resourcing Manager to address needs.
Manage freelance talent, from onboarding and assignments to performance tracking.
Ensure smooth collaboration between in-house teams and external freelancers.
Client & Internal Communication
Act as a bridge between clients, project leads, and the creative team to align goals and expectations.
Attend key meetings, track action points, and communicate updates to the team.
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Operational Management
Manage relationships with suppliers and production partners, including contracts and payment schedules.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop case studies, social media content, and newsletters.
Oversee internal branding to maintain consistency across all communications.
The studio is based in East London and operates a hybrid working week formed of 3 days on site and 2 days remotely.
