About the Role
My client is a leading PR agency specialising in amplifying the voice and value of design. They work with some of the most ambitious and creative agencies in the industry, ensuring they gain the recognition they deserve on a global scale.
Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced PR Account Director to lead their London office and manage a portfolio of 6-8 high-profile accounts, including some of the best brand design agencies in the city. You’ll lead a talented team of two Account Executives and an Editorial Consultant while playing a central role in the agency’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Leadership: Drive client onboarding and six-month reviews, ensuring campaigns align with strategy and deliver outstanding results.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, developing media stories, providing senior PR counsel, and ensuring excellent client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
• Budget Management: Ensure account profitability through effective budget oversight.
• Media Engagement: Contribute to pitching and writing, working closely with a skilled team to secure high-impact coverage.
• Agency Development: Play an active role in shaping the agency’s management, reputation, and culture.

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Four-day week is also possible.
Location: Hybrid working—3 days in the office (Barbican, London) and 2 days remote or office-based.
Salary: Starting from £50k, dependent on experience
