As we continue to grow rapidly, we seek an outstanding, motivated and experienced interior retail designer to join our team.

The role:

As a retail designer, you will be responsible for managing the full design process across a variety of retail projects. This includes conceptual design, development and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver exceptional retail spaces that align with brand identity and project goals.

• as a retail designer, you will tap into your boundless creativity to design unique world-class retail environments, providing design from concept through to execution across a wide range of design projects, working on all project design stages
• contribute to all project phases: project strategy, test fits, schematic plans and conceptual designs for schematic design, refine design solutions for design development, collaborating with multiple disciplines
• produce design presentations, including 3D renderings, detailed elevations and samples, for client presentations
• contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, details and specifications
• assist in managing team and client communication
• collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to achieve project objectives
• support the project management team to develop the client, contractor and design team communications, developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships
• understanding current interior design and retail trends across the globe

The person:

We are looking for an exceptional Retail Designer with experience working within the brand’s retail sector. Someone who thrives on creating outstanding work consistently in collaboration with our clients.

• essential: a passion for creating outstanding brand environments
• sound understanding of the retail/construction industry
• possess strong presentation skills in front of clients
• minimum of three years experience working in a similar role
• excellent communicator
• experience working on fast-paced, complex projects
• ability to manage and coordinate a team

Preferred:

• experience with previous design/ production roles
• knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/ V-ray / 3DsMax)
• experience using Adobe packages (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• relevant design and architecture qualifications
• three years in a similar role
