Job Description
We’re looking for a French or German-speaking Creator Campaign Manager to join the team at YRS TRULY. This role is focused on influencer relations and your day-to-day responsibilities will involve running paid and organic campaigns for German- or French-speaking markets.
A little bit about us: we’re a multi-award-winning games marketing agency, working with the lovely teams at Wizards of the Coast, Ubisoft, Respawn – and many more. We’re a B Corp certified company and our ethical stance dictates a lot of what we do: we put people before profit.
We work from our office in East London on a hybrid model and we’ll ideally need you to be located within an hour’s commute from us. We are open to remote candidates for this role (UK-only), but will prioritise candidates located locally.
This role would be well-suited for someone who loves and understands games and is familiar with the fast-paced games marketing environment. You’ll need at least two years of creator marketing experience, preferably within the gaming industry.
Your responsibilities:
– Delivering high-impact creator and community campaigns for our gaming clients
– Managing relationships with key content creators and stakeholders across different platforms and markets
– Working with our Senior Campaign Strategist to plan marketing activations
– Connecting with content creators online and at events
– Managing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
– Measuring impact and reporting on paid campaigns and organic activities
– Participating in external and internal meetings
What we’re looking for:
– Native German or French speaker, connected to the online gaming culture in the German or French-speaking markets
– At least 2 years of relevant creator marketing experience in the creative industries (gaming, social media, marketing, advertising, PR)
– Experience in strategising, planning and delivering campaigns
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Proactive and able to take charge
Benefits:
– Four-day working week
– Private dental and health insurance
– Cycle to work scheme
– Thirteenth salary in December
– 28 paid vacation days
– Industry events and team outings
– Annual bonus
– Company laptop and equipment
Location:
We work under the hybrid model and are in the office at least once a week. While this role is open to remote candidates, we will prioritise candidates who are able to commute to our office in East London. All candidates must be able to work in the UK.
Salary range:
£34,000 – £38,000, depending on experience.
This role is a six-month contract with possibility to extend based on performance. Our core hours are 9 am to 6 pm. We work a four day week, with work on Fridays occasionally required.
