We are now looking for our next Senior Account Manager. Somebody with experience across brand and digital projects — comfortable taking ownership of a wide range of accounts. From startups to scaleups to industry icons. Local, national and global.
Our team is based in our Shoreditch studio, but we offer a fully flexible working week — allowing you to manage your time and location in a way that works for your life outside of work.
Our new Senior Account Manager will be the central figure in the studio. The glue between client and team and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish — on time and budget.
THE ROLE
- Collaborate with the creative and development team, Creative Director and CTO to manage the successful running of projects for our mix of client accounts.
- Manage client process from kick-off, scheduling of shares, timeline updates and feedback.
- Translate pitch decks and proposals into final scopes of work alongside manageable timelines based on agreed budgets.
- Collaborate with the CD and CTO to ensure that project briefs are created in line with client requests.
- Make time to build client relationships, understanding their internal needs and stakeholder requirements to deliver the best creative possible.
- You will be a voice for the client in the studio, whilst also protecting studio time and understanding team challenges.
- Support with new business by recognising and building on opportunities through client relationships.
- Manage the budget and third-party expenses of any given project ensuring that it stays on track.
- Maintain tight control of client folders with relevant documents, files and comms.
THE MUST-HAVES
- Minimum of 3 years agency experience in an account management role, running brand, digital and development projects.
- An active interest in building client relationships
- Calm under pressure and an ability to react well under pressure.
- A working knowledge of G Suite, Slack, Project management tools, scheduling, time tracking and Figma.
- Able to manage not only your own time but also be flexible around others.
- Confident managing up and down, communicating clearly, concisely and effectively with a range of personalities, levels and skillsets.
- Capable of being flexible and reacting to change.
- A high level of attention to detail.

- A willingness to teach those you work alongside.
- A naturally curious and collaborative mindset — unafraid to ask questions and respectful of the role that everybody plays.
