We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in the world of branding to join us
We might be the studio that crafted Bentley’s iconic mark, set the stage for some of the world’s biggest apparel brands and defined the future eyewear. Don’t get distracted with our ‘Creative’ job titles. All experience you hold in the traditional discipline of graphic design is still required. The term ‘Creative’ just gives us the freedom to show our clients what we can do with a brief.
BC Design Role
+ Ignite a vision without baggage. Be clear and articulate both strategically and visually.
+ Create the sense of ‘place’ where people fall in love with brands. Expect to work on a variety of briefs that encompass brand strategy, brand creation, content generation, digital integration and experiential campaigns. Retail design will also be required on occasion.
+ Engage with industry front-runners across a diverse range of sectors, including D2C, B2B and B2B2C. Imagine your dream start-up or even a favourite global brand, we collaborate with for them all.
+ Employ a highly effective set of design techniques across the lifespan of a project, shaping beautiful but purpose concepts with craft and consistency.
+ Take guardianship of the concept direction. Lead team members and industry specialists, identifying, briefing and implementing the disciplines required to extend our creative reach.
+ Fluent in the Adobe Suite and curious in everything else. Extras like Figma, Miro or Cinema 4D are a bonus but can equally be learnt alongside the relevant brief.

+ Understand the essence of collaboration. Be agile in one breath and persistent in the other.
+ Respect the commerciality’s of a project, using any barrier as a barometer for practicality and inspiration.
+ Believe in a contagious work ethic. As a People Manager you will lead your project team, mentoring less experienced Creatives.
+ Listen, translate, create. Have one finger on the pulse at all times, keeping in-tune with the evolving trends, culture and software.
