Lead Designer
Job Description
Tate aims to be the most artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive global art gallery. We’re looking for an outstanding team leader and senior designer to provide creative direction for Tate across design, advertising creative, digital creative, visual identity and brand guardianship, and brand execution across multiple media.
You will take a leading role in creating and delivering outstanding, inspiring, and innovative advertising creatives, graphic design, and brand identity across concept, digital and print that positions the Tate brand to drive reach, reputation, and revenue.
You will have a background either agency-side or client-side. You will combine creative vision and talent with experience of leadership within a busy design studio.
People make places, and you will be working with and developing a fantastic team. You will be working for a global brand, bringing your leadership and digital skills to some of the world’s amazing art and creativity in extraordinary buildings. No two days will be the same as you will be working on a large slate of high profile multiple media and exhibitions in a fast-paced environment. Working in house gives you the opportunity to see projects through to completion and grow the brand.
