Producer

We’re expanding and are looking for a Producer to join our London-based design team working for clients such as Google, Apple, Burberry, Dior, Clinique and Lululemon. We’re looking for the perfect balance of project and client management skills, along with experience of scoping and delivering CG projects and the technical and process knowledge that goes with that.

We are completely open to where our new producer comes from and what their background and experience are, but obviously hands-on experience and knowledge of delivering work created in a Cinema4D, Octane, Redshift & Houdini pipeline will be hugely beneficial.

Working alongside the Production team and Creative Leads, you'll be responsible for all aspects of project finance, risk and scheduling to ensure smooth delivery. You’re well versed in preparing detailed budgets, statements of work and timing plans, and communicating these to clients in an easy-going way.

This is a client-facing role, so you're confident and enthusiastic about presenting work and taking feedback. Naturally, you have a proven track record in delivering projects on brief, on time and on budget. You will be managing multiple projects of different sizes, with different clients, at any one time.

From a software and tools point of view, we expect you to be fluent in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. Experience of Xero, WorkflowMax, Toggl, Float, Smartsheet and Trello will also be a big plus.

This role is full-time and requires part of your time in our London office on a regular basis. We’re completely open to your background and experience – you might be someone already working for a small independent studio wanting to work on projects with more profile. Perhaps you’re someone looking to take the step up into a more senior role, or you’re working in-house at a leading brand and networked agency, looking to make use of that experience across multiple sectors.
