NB Studio, an award-winning and independent branding and communications agency, is on the lookout for a dynamic Client Manager to join our vibrant team.

Based in London, we collaborate globally with start-ups, small enterprises, and renowned brands across various sectors, including arts, education, finance, retail, and FMCG.

About You:

Experience 2-3 years at a leading branding, design, or advertising agency. Experience in drinks or FMCG is essential.

Dynamism You’re brimming with enthusiasm and energy. You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Proactive: You are creative in supporting clients, working closely with the design team to keep projects in motion and on track.

Team Player: You thrive in a team, ready to assist or lead when the time is right.

Communicator You write beautifully, are highly articulate and believe in clarity, order and attention to detail.

Passionate You champion creativity for business.

What you’ll do:

Creative Collaboration Work with the best creative team and creative partners in the industry.

Client Interaction You can become the client and their customer to achieve outstanding results.

Variety & Responsibility Handle an incredible mix of clients and projects, taking on significant responsibility.

Project Management Oversee day-to-day project support, including admin, financial management, status reports, timelines, tracking, and resourcing.

Studio Coordination Manage scheduling, planning, and driving projects through the studio.

Creative Support Work closely with designers and strategists, contributing to internal workshops and creative sessions.

Strategic Assistance Support the founders and MD by creating compelling proposals, efficient budgets, and productive time plans.
