About You:
You’re a conceptual thinker who thrives on crafting ideas that cut through. You understand the intersection of digital, social, and experiential and know how to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. You’re driven by insight, culturally plugged-in, and always thinking of the next way to make a brand relevant.
You’ll be hands-on in responding to creative briefs, developing innovative brand activations, and producing stand-out content that resonates with young audiences. You can think strategically, sell an idea, and collaborate with strategists, designers, and client teams to ensure your vision is executed to perfection.
You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects, and contributing to pitches. Most importantly, you bring energy, fresh ideas, and a deep understanding of youth culture.
The Role:
This role is perfect for a creative who can seamlessly blend ideation with execution across content, experiential, and social. You’ll be involved in:
- Developing culturally relevant creative concepts in response to client briefs, working across experiential, content, and social.
- Collaborating with strategists and account teams to ensure creative responses align with audience insights.
- Crafting compelling narratives and storytelling approaches for brand campaigns.
- Bringing ideas to life through mock-ups, treatments, and decks that sell concepts effectively.
- Working closely with designers, filmmakers, and producers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Staying ahead of cultural trends, emerging platforms, and youth behaviors to inform creative thinking.
- Contributing to pitches and new business opportunities, presenting ideas with confidence.
- Helping define and refine Raptor’s creative approach, ensuring we’re always pushing boundaries.
- Qualifying, and allocating creative and design resource and availability on a regular basis alongside the creative team
- Maintenance and update of agency creative, design, artwork freelance roster - working closely with the client services team to ensure and maintain the best possible working relationships and creative output
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a creative role, ideally within an agency or brand side.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple channels inc. content, experiential, and social.
- A deep understanding of youth culture, social media, and emerging digital trends.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to ideate and articulate ideas clearly in presentations.
- Experience collaborating with design, production, and strategy teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Contract & Salary:
Hours: Full-time
Period: Initial 6-month contract, full employment based on a successful probation period.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
