Role Description:

BUILDHOLLYWOOD are looking for a highly creative, design-focused, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our fantastic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing the commercial marketing plans for our brands and music agencies, JACK and DIABOLICAL.

We are looking for someone with a visual eye, a passion for design, and extensive copywriting skills, to drive the creation of powerful marketing tools that help sell our services and support the growth of our company. You’ll thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment where creativity and forward-thinking are at the heart of what we do.

Joining a team of nine and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to take ownership of executing the commercial marketing plans. A keen sense of design, combined with your creative copywriting skills will help ensure all of our sales tools are both impactful and visually exciting.

The successful candidate will love the music, fashion, and culture scene and also be excited by the advertising and media world.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager on the visual execution of the commercial marketing plan.
  • Designing and creating engaging sales tools that communicate key messages but also have a strong visual appeal, in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Use research and insights to develop creative themes, positive stories, and proactive campaigns for the sales teams to take to clients.
  • Proactively research competitor activity, new advertising formats, and marketing industry news across music, brands, arts, and culture to inform and inspire marketing and sales strategies.
  • Designing, creating and updating a variety of visual sales tools – from targeted mailers, case studies, one-pagers, to presenations and showcases.
  • Creating and refining keynote presentations to help the sales teams with client pitches, presentations, and roadshows.
  • Manage sales price lists and pull together proactive sales packs.
  • Work closely with the Designer to support them with design work i.e. photoshopping, HTML’s, WordPress, email sigs, social headers etc.
  • Updating the company website.
  • Manage and optimise mailing lists.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the sales teams needs are being addressed.

About You:

  • Have previous experience working in a similar role, ideally in a B2B context, and a strong passion for design.
  • Possess a creative and sharp eye for design and photography.
  • Have excellent copy writing skills.
  • Possess a love for the arts and culture scene.
  • Be passionate about the street and what we do there.
  • Be a self-starter with a pro-active approach.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Be open-minded and have an international outlook.
  • Have experience in design and marketing tools including Photoshop, keynote, mail chimp and WordPress.
  • It would be a nice to have if you have experience working at an agency, but not essential.
