What You’ll Do:

• Bring ideas to life: Turn briefs and data into eye-catching graphics for social media that engage and excite our clients.
• Creative freedom: Add your creative flair to everything you do, always aiming to impress clients with fresh and innovative designs.
• Variety is key: Dive into a mix of branding, animation, web design, and AI content, giving you the chance to stretch your skills and try new things.
• Ownership: You’ll be responsible for deadlines and communication with your clients, making sure their expectations are met.
• Collaboration: Work with various departments on proposals, brainstorm new ideas, and help inspire the team with your own creative discoveries.
• Growth mindset: Take the initiative to upskill in areas that interest you and keep learning throughout your journey with us.

Skills You’ll Bring:

• Design tools: Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. Basic skills in InDesign, After Effects, XD and Premiere Pro are a plus.
• Web design: Any experience in web design and development skills are a bonus.
• Typography and layout: You have a strong understanding of typography and layout, ensuring every design is polished and on point.
• Multitasking pro: You’re great at balancing multiple projects with ease, knowing how to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Attention to detail: You’ll follow brand guidelines carefully and work independently while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
• Team player: While you’re comfortable working on your own, you love collaborating with others to get the best results.

A Few Things to Note:

Passion for sports: We’re looking for someone who has a basic understanding and interest in mainstream sports. A love for sports betting or casino gaming is a bonus!

Location: You’ll need to be able to attend an in-person interview in London. During the probation period, you will need to commute to the office 2-3 times a week, and this will decrease to once a week once you’ve passed.
