Noë & Associates are a leading international branding and design consultancy with offices in New York, Dubai and London. Noë & Associates are a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary studio, focused on crafted design at the highest level.
Our London studio is seeking a Designer with 1-3 years of studio experience to deliver solutions across brand, film, and 3D environments for the world’s most high-profile architectural projects, including regional master plans and boutique developments for the luxury lifestyle and hospitality sector.
The Role
The designer will work with the Creative Director, strategy team, and account management team to conceive, create, present, and execute ideas. Applicants should have a reductive, modernist sensibility and will be expected to have a strong typographic foundation and an interest in photography and art direction.
The primary focus of this role will initially be to provide broad support across multiple regions. This will involve assisting with internal marketing initiatives and collaborating with the internal innovation team to prepare bespoke presentations. Over time, the role will evolve to include more independent project work. We want to be transparent about this progression and ensure candidates are aware of the varied nature of responsibilities from the start.
Responsibilities will include:
• Ideation and development of brand identities
• Design for print, digital, 3D environments, advertising campaigns
• Art direction for film and photography content
• Presenting work to a Creative Director and supporting in client presentations
• Communicating effectively with the internal team
• Managing time and resources effectively to meet internal and external deadlines
• Serve as the lead designer on one major project, while supporting several smaller deliverables
• Actively seek support and feedback
• Proactively look for areas of self-improvement, focusing on developing cultural awareness and refining workflow
• Share creative ideas and cultural references, and collaborate on workflow and processes
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
• 1-3 years of studio experience
• Knowledge of brand systems
• Interest in luxury sector, interior design and architecture.
• Excited about working across a wide variety of outputs and project types
• Logical, calm, and considered approach
Required technical skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe XD / Figma
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro knowledge beneficial
• Experience of sending files into print
Office Location:
Fitzrovia, London (4 days in the office, Fridays remote)
