Senior Designer
Job Description
Tomorrow are working alongside a specialist design and marketing agency seeking to challenge convention to devise new creative solutions to property marketing needs. They are looking to find a new Senior Designer to join their dynamic team of creatives to help deliver disruptive offerings for their clients.
They are seeking an adaptable designer with strong leadership skills to help them navigate deadlines who brings an unconventional approach to offer a new sense of ingenuity to client demands. You will be leading design initiatives across property marketing including marketing collateral, web assets, campaigns and digital advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of premium collateral for brand campaigns, multimedia design, and events, offering guidance and leadership as a senior team member
- Craft compelling narratives and interactive content that accentuates brand identity and communicates the value of our diverse range of solutions
- Maintain brand consistency while innovatively enhancing design elements to suit specific project and campaign requirements
- Assume responsibility for ongoing projects, overseeing their execution, and providing mentorship to fellow designers
- Collaborate with print partners to create detailed print specifications ensuring accurate reproduction of artwork
- Engage with external suppliers such as printers and production houses to uphold the highest standards of print quality.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated creativity with the ability to push design boundaries while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Evidence of adept project management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at an advanced level
- Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects + Premiere Pro)
