About the role

As a Producer at Unseen Studio, you'll be an integral part of every production, working closely with designers, developers, and account managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to confidently handle and successfully deliver projects of various scales.

Proficiency in using relevant project management tools for website projects, timelines, and resource scheduling is essential. You must be capable of managing multiple projects, milestones and deadlines while effectively engaging with the various internal and external stakeholders involved. This role is for a candidate who can confidently introduce new workflows and processes to gain efficiencies in project management and enhance overall productivity.

Base requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of production/project management experience in digital/marketing/creative agencies or similar environments
  • Proficiency in both waterfall and agile-style methodologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the website design and development process, specifically in interactive digital projects
  • Ability to independently manage digital projects from brief to master stages
  • Adept in using relevant project management tools for website projects, timelines and resource scheduling
  • Confident communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients (NB. this is not an Account Manager role)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to identify improvements in processes and procedures, communicate these to the senior team, and successfully integrate them into the agency
  • Strong commitment to delivering work to the highest standards
  • Expert knowledge of project lifecycles — from conception to delivery
  • Nice to have, but not essential: PRINCE2 Agile/Practitioner qualification
  • Located within a two-hour radius of the UK timezone or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all projects within the agency; maintaining constant awareness of project status, next steps, and challenges
  • Foster close working relationships with all departments through collaboration and communication
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure efficient management of feedback and sign-off stages
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of structured workflows and processes, including SCRUM-type practices
  • Ensure quality assurance of web solutions by creating and executing testing plans and maintaining project and technical documentation
  • Implement appropriate project management approaches , adapting and adjusting as needed
  • Manage project plans, timelines, technical specs, and expectations
  • Resolve challenging project issues with a collaborative solutions-focused mindset, maintaining a positive outlook and strong work ethic
  • Accurately track time and provide regular updates to the Client Services team
  • Ensure each stage of project is met, according to the brief, budget, resource, and deadline
  • Act as the central authority for traffic management within the agency
