We’re a high-growth, venture-backed start-up, launching our refillable deodorant on WeAreWild.com in 2020 - we’re also one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups. Sounds fun, right?

We’re now looking for a Photography Lead to join our in-house creative team. Your main focuses will be; creative ideation, art direction, styling, concepting, retouching and of course, product photography for both digital and print collateral.

At Wild, our team members wear many hats - an attitude to push yourself to succeed in a multi faceted role within an often fast paced and highly creative environment is a must.

📓Some of your daily responsibilities:

You’ll be executing campaign shoots from start to finish, working on the art direction, styling, shooting and retouching

Creatively concepting shoot and ad ideas which effectively communicate a message

You’ll continue to push our brand into bold and creative territories

Manage the photoshoot schedule; organising concepting sessions, ensuring the product is in the studio to shoot, updating on deliverables for the rest of the team and keeping an organised file management process

Management of our super talented Midweight Photographer

🚀 What we need from you:

Experience in the full execution of photoshoots; art direction, styling, shooting, retouching

A strong ability to creatively concept photoshoot and ad ideas

Thorough experience with studio lighting

Rock solid organisation skills

Deliver to often tight, reactive briefs and deadlines in a calm and organised manner

A guardian of the tiniest of details

A great attitude to push yourself within a multi faceted role

Thorough understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (in particular: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro)

Any videography work would be an added bonus
