- Design elevated identities, campaigns, creative assets, animations and typographic systems for our clients.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional design work across the agency’s client roster, bringing sophisticated design and impactful creativity to bear.
- Resource multiple briefs and design tasks, working closely and collaboratively with Birch’s senior team and studio manager.
- Support design development and design direction work for key clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of key client requirements across all projects and briefs; ensuring that design work is delivered to brief with a clear design rationale in place.
- Contribute to client-facing presentations, design workshops and creative discussions.
- Lead on internal design tasks, elevating Birch’s own visual identity, look and feel across all external touch points.
Key skills
- Experience in designing for multiple disciplines, including print, digital and out-of-home platforms.
- Ambition to introduce new and inspiring creative thinking to the agency.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
- The ability to respond to and learn from constructive feedback.
- Fluent in all Adobe design programmes.
- A keen eye for and interest in typography.
- Understanding of video editing and/or 3D programmes is a bonus.
