Project Manager (Freelance)

1 month position (with opportunity to extend)

Successful delivery of project deliverables for london destinations

Primary responsibility

Delivering various workstreams on time and to budget, coordinating with the client and DNCO team, managing resource requirements, timelines and ensuring high quality output in line with the strategic and creative direction of the brand budget

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

— To assist Client Services lead in ensuring the successful delivery of all workstreams on time & budget, ensuring creative excellence in the output of work

— Taking the lead in monitoring timing plans, managing resource requirements, and tracking budgets

— Understand the commercial implications of a successful project to DNCO; contributing the the accurate reporting for forecasting and invoicing for the relevant workstreams

— Ensuring clear and timely communication and reporting both internally and externally

— Distil information into simple and clear briefs

— Ask ‘why’; challenge and defend great creative work

— Profitable jobs - projects are run to time and budget thanks to the organisation and structure you bring. You flag early to the AD if things are going awry and help bring them back on track

— Happy team - internal teams know where they with projects and what’s expected of them by when. You are aware of the team’s capacity and sensitive to calendar clashes/deadline clashes

Experience

— Minimum 2-3 years experience of project management in a creative agency

— Can demonstrate skills in managing complex projects with multiple workstreams

— Experience in coordinating senior stakeholders

Remuneration

£250-£300 per day, based on experience
