Job Description

Account Executive – Full Time

Location: Central London (SE1) with hybrid working (2 fixed studio days, 1 flexible day)

Benefits: 25 days holiday

Deep is an independent design agency that partners with some of the world’s most renowned and ambitious brands. We specialise in mixing strategy, creativity, technology, and content to help brands discover their true north. Regardless of size or sector, we share our clients’ passion for pushing boundaries and creating meaningful connections.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic account management team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional projects, enjoy collaborating with talented creatives, and want to grow alongside innovative brands, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

As an integral part of our team, you’ll help manage and grow key corporate retained clients, often acting as an extension of their marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and resourcing projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Overseeing retainer hours and reporting to clients.
  • Estimating new projects outside of retainer agreements (you will have guidance on this to start with)
  • Organising and leading productive client meetings, ensuring clear outcomes.
  • Delivering a diverse range of projects, from branding and campaigns to website development and marketing materials.

You’ll work closely with our experienced Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, who will support and guide you every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Commercially savvy: You know how to keep projects on budget and on time.
  • Experienced in client service: With 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (ideally an agency or in-house setting), you can adapt to fast-paced environments with ease.
  • Problem solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and delivering solutions across multiple disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented: You thrive on organisation, process improvement and efficiency.
  • Tech-savvy: While experience with project management tools is a bonus, training will be provided.
  • Websites/CMS knowledge: Ideally you will have some experience with updating websites (Wordpress in particular)
  • Team player: You're friendly, enthusiastic and have a fun sense of humour!

Why Join Deep?

Our team is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about what we do. We embrace hybrid working, with a mix of in-studio and remote flexibility, and encourage all team members to share their ideas and perspective
