We are over the moon to be looking for a person to join the marketing team in a brand-new role.
The events of the last couple of years have seen us dig deep into our creativity and resourcefulness to really bring the best out of our unique company culture and the talented marketing team to the forefront. This has meant that we have stayed active, engaged and very busy. We are now looking to expand the team as our ambitious plans for 2022 and beyond require another pair of hands.
Working in a team of six (including this role) and reporting to the Marketing Director we need someone special, who brings an eclectic mix of skills and interests to the table. You must be an exceptional B2B marketeer who loves the advertising and media world, but is also excited by the music, fashion, arts and culture scene. You will be adaptable and capable of focusing on sales tools, developing strategies to generate revenue for the company. You will also have a good grounding in copy writing, particularly when it comes to commercial communications and solid experience creating B2B marketing materials. We need someone who enjoys the daily chores alongside bringing inspiration and new ideas to the team and company.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Marketing Director on the trade marketing plan and lead the execution
• Use research and insights to develop themes, positive stories and proactive campaigns to take to market
• Keep existing sales tools updated and create new sales tools where required
• Writing and sending out targeted mailers, one pagers and showcases
• Create presentations using keynote to help the sales teams with big client pitches, presentations and roadshows
• Manage sales price lists and pull together proactive sales packs
• Develop and promote case studies
• Update company websites where required
• Manage and optimise mailing lists
• Work with the sales team to ensure that their needs are being addressed
• Build and maintain relationships with key third parties and associations
• Project management of client events and activations
Key deliverables:
Essential skills/experience:
• 3 years' work experience in a relevant role
• Experience working at a media owner or at an agency is a bonus
• Creative and good eye for design and photography
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Loves the arts and culture space
• A self-starter with a pro-active approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Open-minded and international outlook
• Experience using keynote, mailchimp and wordpress
