GLOCK is seeking a talented Senior Creative to craft thoughtful and impactful work for some of the world’s leading brands. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a big difference in the drinks category and beyond, with innovative and creative solutions.

What we expect
As a Senior Creative at GLOCK, you’ll be at the heart of our agency’s creative output. Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Strategic Concept Development: Translating brand strategies and messages into innovative creative solutions that deliver impact and elevate our clients' brands.
- Award-Winning Ideas: Crafting work that stands out in the drinks category and pushes beyond the expected to disrupt the market.
- Team Leadership: Inspiring, mentoring, and guiding a team of designers, enhancing a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Channel Versatility: Bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms and channels, from retail activation to digital and experiential, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Client Partnership: Collaborating with our clients to truly understand their challenges and ambitions, delivering work that drives results.
- Creative Craftsmanship: Leveraging your design expertise to produce polished, high-quality executions that reflect our agency’s standards.
What you’ll bring
At least 5 years of experience in a creative agency, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional work.
The ability to transform brand strategies into memorable creative executions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
Outstanding strategic, conceptual, and design skills with a flair for originality.
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and a solid grasp of the latest creative tools and technologies to enahnce your work.
Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of junior creatives.
A creative mindset fuelled by curiosity for brands, culture, art, and design. Ideas, Ideas, ideas.
