  • Be in charge of running a set on shoot days
  • Be an active problem solver and calming influence
  • Have a little black book full of exciting creative partners and unique voices
  • Track projects precisely (timings and expense)
  • Be comfortable negotiating with external suppliers to find the best deal possible
  • Understand the full process of content creation; from ideation, to capture, post and delivery
  • Have production experience in both video and stills
  • Be a good person, kind to your team mates, able to find solutions and leave drama at the door

You Are

  • An experienced project manager, who is organised, practical and solution orientated.
  • A fantastic producer, creatively minded and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm when under pressure.
