Job Description

Location: Bristol

Experience: 3+ years design studio, agency, or in-house team.

Contract Type: This is initially a 6 month contract, with the potential to go permanent. The studio has a hybrid WFH policy (3 days on-site)

Are you a motivated, collaborative, and innovative Midweight Designer who’s ambitious about developing their skills, as well as striving to constantly push creative boundaries?

This is a great opportunity to join a tight knit creative team, be involved in a vibrant studio environment and be part of a diverse range of projects. From strategic brand development, web/digital design, campaign, content creation and events, you will have an input on all. You’ll be excited to jump into any stage of a project and explore creative ideas under the guidance of our Creative Lead and Creative Director.

A bit about you

Creative at heart

You thrive when creating your own conceptual design work in response to briefs, as well as the roll-out of existing brands and client work. You look for creative possibilities, not limitations.

Genuine enthusiasm for creativity and a hunger to keep learning and growing. You stay on top of current trends and innovations, to keep our work fresh and forward-thinking.

Collaboration is key

Ability to work as part of a team and solo when needed, especially for the roll-out or delivery of final assets.

Be a key part of a tight knit team to deliver design work across concept creation, development and artwork. Working in digital, social, and occasionally print.

Assist the Creative Lead to ensure projects are running on time by managing your time day to day.Presenting work internally and externally with confidence and clarity.

A passion for craft

You sweat the small stuff, details matter and you stay true to that.

You’re comfortable finding consistency in the lifespan of projects.

You understand the value of typographic skills, throughout brand expression, and digital accessibility.

The most current tools are all part of your design toolbox. You’re well at home using Figma, and equally using Creative Cloud for any work with a focus animation, illustration or image editing.
