Digital UI/UX Designers (Mid–Senior)

Right now, we’re on the lookout for talented middleweight to senior-level UI/UX designers with at least 3 years’ experience, ideally within agencies, London-based, and looking for their next full-time/permanent role.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years experience in digital design, ideally within a branding agency or studio
• A strong portfolio showcasing websites, campaign microsites, and brand-led digital experiences
• A natural understanding of how to translate visual identities into smart, usable digital UI/UX
• Solid UX thinking; from user journeys and wireframes to responsive layouts and prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma
• An eye for detail and typography, plus a collaborative, open approach to design feedback
• Comfortable presenting work to internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Experience working closely with brand designers, motion teams and developers
• Familiarity with prototyping tools or simple motion interactions
• An appreciation for craft, and a desire to push creative boundaries
• Knowledge of accessibility and best practice for performance
