Junior New Business Executive
Job Description
TBM Group are looking for a New Business Executive to help us create connections and opportunities with the world’s most progressive and aspirational brands. Supported by our Strategic Growth Manager, you will generate leads across Europe and the US with targeted clients, both on the phone and via email to build valuable relationships.
The successful candidate will be required to stay on top of the latest trends in our corner of the creative industry, alongside fashion, lifestyle, FMCG and tech. Using strategic and creative thinking to tap into brand challenges, trends, and changes within marketing and different demographics. Predominantly a sales role, you will help build TBM Group’s global reputation by using a human approach in an authentic way, rather than using any hard sales skills.
You will need an understanding of what role our services play within the advertising and corporate landscape and a passion for helping our potential clients understand how they can be of benefit.

Our two brands: Jelly and Think Artfully, have distinct offerings; animation direction, illustration, typography, live action, visual thinking, and corporate communications. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Researching trends and challenges within the marketing industry across UK, Europe and US.
- Understanding the full proposition of the entire TBM Group (Jelly London, Europe, New York and Think Artfully).
- Generating leads via phone and email and nurturing a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Taking care of the follow up process to ensure that relationships remain warm and relevant.
- Reporting to the Strategic Growth Manager as well as the Managing Directors and Head of New Business US.
- Management of internal and external team calendars.
- Management of creds/pitch decks.

Role Requirements:
- At least 1 year in a similar role or proof of transferable skills.
- Experience in a client facing or sales role.
- A creative flair to your written English.
- Ability to research and analyse trends.
- Experience with CRM systems or similar digital platforms.
What you don’t need:
- A degree. We are a people business and people come from all backgrounds with all kinds of skills. This role doesn’t require any specific qualifications.
Package:
- Salary: £26-28k per annum
- Bonus: Entitlement to an annual EOT bonus determined on group profit.
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days per annum inc. UK bank holidays

- Hybrid working - London based office and remote working
