Job Description
Overview
Studio Frith is looking for a highly creative Middleweight Graphic Designer, with a strong interest in brand identity, a love of the craft of typography and an affinity with the Studio’s research led process.
Job Purpose
You will be involved in researching, developing, and delivering creative projects. The role will involve initiating concepts and the application of your own strategic thinking, as well as interpreting and implementing the Director’s creative vision. It involves working on a broad range of activities from print to digital and collaborating with a wider creative and management team.
You
- Possess an exceptional creative portfolio
- Demonstrate a sophisticated and imaginative approach to typography
- Show confidence and clarity when explaining ideas
- Have a sensitivity for cultural and luxury branding
- Have a minimum 4 years’ experience
- Educated to degree level in Graphic Design or equivalent
Key Skills
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking
- Have strong typographic skills, with great attention to craft and detail
- Good communicator with clients, internal and external teams
- Ability to work between a range of design project types at any one time
- Well organised with good time management
- Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Tasks
- Developing and prototyping brand identity concepts, including logo design, typography, art direction and development of brand guidelines
- Creative layout of editorial and print design
- Independently developing creative responses to briefs and project explorations
- Preparing presentations of creative concepts and designs for clients
- Website design and digital assets

- Level: Midweight
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm
- Studio Location: London

Job Location
Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic. Studio Frith staff are currently working remotely and are anticipating a return to a physical studio location in late 2021. We expect to provide opportunities for staff to meet both for work and social events as restrictions ease.
