NEW BUSINESS & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a New Biz & Marketing Executive to grow with the team as we continue to grow. The right candidate may have completed work experience in a similar field, held an entry level / assistant role in another agency, or can show they have built the right skillset elsewhere.
The New Biz & Marketing Executive will work with the New Business Director and MD across marketing, PR and business development.
In this role, there is a great opportunity to learn, develop and become a specilist within New Business.
Skills

• Calm and adaptable as priorities change. Be prepared to work flexibly during key peaks of work (e.g. pitches and events).
• A knowledge sponge, always seeking to find out more, to perfect skills and compliment energy with experience.
Key responsibilities
• A frontline BMB brand guardian - helping to maintain the visual quality and consistency of all outward facing collateral. A keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for design & the visual representation for information.
• Researching prospects and brands, ahead of meetings or proactive targeting campaigns.
• Looking after agency profiles online and helping to keep them current (e.g. Little Black Book, AAR, IPA).
• Helping to track all ongoing leads and prospects in the agency CRM system, and leading weekly status meetings with the MD and CEO.
Marketing & PR:
• Work with the New Business Manager to keep agency credentials updated as well as other marketing assets such as our AAR showreel.
• Organising all case studies, award submissions, RFIs, press cuttings and pitch materials on the agency New Business filing drive.
• Helping to deliver key agency news memorably on our online channels, as well as in mail-outs to journalists, intermediaries and our clients. Proactive thoughts and imagination encouraged!
General admin:
• Ensuring all New Business drives / Slack channels are created efficiently and maintained.
• Ensuring job numbers are raised when a new pitch begins and this is shared with all parties (CYLNDR, Workflow, Pitch teams).
• Raising non billable invoices and ensuring payment of suppliers.

• Group Life Assurance – Automatic enrolment in this at no cost to employee. This offers life cover at 4 x basic salary to nominated beneficiary if employee passes away while employed with BMB.
• Group Income Protection – Automatic enrolment in this at no cost to employee. If employee cannot work because of illness or injury for more than 13 consecutive weeks, this will pay 50% of salary for up to 5 years.
• Season Ticket Loan – This covers the cost of an annual season ticket for travel between home and work upon successful completion of three months continued employment. The loan is interest-free with maximum 11 months term and will be deducted from salary each month.
