The Role
We're on the hunt for an organised and proactive Digital Project Manager.
Someone with great verbal and written communication skills who can join our creative agency and manage a team of Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers and SEO Specialists keeping digital projects on track and on budget.
An individual with an Agency background. Someone who has a working understanding of development and experience managing the development of websites, web apps and web products.
A team player who is able to work autonomously to guide their team through multiple projects and retained task-based accounts whilst keeping a holistic view of resources, budgets and future projects.
The Must Haves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organising and planning skills
- A team player who is able to work autonomously
- Ability to work within a broad team of strategists, copywriters, designers, developers
- 2+ years agency experience
- Plan & schedule your team across multiple accounts
- Manage resources, budgets and reporting of projects
- Experienced in Kanban & Agile Methodology
- Experienced in managing development and QA teams
- Capable of managing projects throughout all stages
- Confident in running daily stand-ups with your team
- Confident running status updates with clients & directors
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Working knowledge of Development, CMS's & Shopify
