Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognised clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en-masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What can you expect?

  • Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before they’re released
  • Using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality social content for high profile US TV clients
  • Using existing branding guidelines and source material to create fun social media assets to engage fans and promote US TV shows
  • Suggesting a variety of creative solutions and providing options for managers and clients to consider
  • Following client accounts and competitors on social media to research and put forward own ideas for engaging and innovative content
  • Producing assets that convey a clear and effective message with impact and creative flair that encourage click through or engagement
  • Managing time well to produce multiple assets per day and communicate with managers on progress
  • Learning our collaborative tools and using them to drive your assets through our internal processes
  • Self-evaluating, proofing and reviewing own work
  • Incorporating internal and client feedback into final product
  • Developing your own skills by learning from other team members and through independent research

QUALIFICATIONS

What's important to us:

  • Excellent eye for detail particularly in regards to typography and layout
  • Advanced understanding of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience and skills in illustration/digital artwork
  • Experience with producing fun, polished, well-designed assets
  • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities
  • High work-ethic and self-motivation

PAYMENT

Within Europe, 26,000-34,000 EUR per year (or local currency equivalent) full-time contractor contract, depending on experience and skills.

Within the UK, ÂŁ23,000-ÂŁ30,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Firstly, we will invite you to a first interview - Here you will meet Ciara, our Senior Manager of Content Production, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. It’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

If the technical interview with Ciara goes well, we will invite you to complete a design task followed by the final interview (30 minutes) with Nina, our Head of Content Production – it’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions.
