Client Director

Tomorrow have partnered with an specialist social media property agency who are looking for Client Director to join their ranks. This person will play a pivotal role in leading on all strategy for organic and paid social media market and lead an experienced team of Social Media Managers and Designers.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage a team of 5 with responsibility for managing resource within the team, including searching and managing the hire of new team members

Maintain and develop new business opportunities for LSS with the help of the sales team

Lead on strategy for organic and paid social media marketing.

Conduct 1:1’s with each team member ensuring everyone is happy, any urgent concerns and progression plans

Check in with clients, carrying out regular health checks to ensure everything is running to plan and a high level or work is being done

Monitor and report of campaigns

What we are looking for:

An experienced individual within a similar property/social agency background

A proactive and strategic mindset, having a ‘bigger thinking’ and long-term approach with projects and clients to upsell and produce future opportunities

A high level of written, verbal, and numerical communications to report on and handle large budget projects, sense checking and proofing documents

Prior experience managing people

Interpersonal skills to manage and lead various internal teams, providing support when needed, producing creative ideas and solutions
