About Job:

We are a soon-to-be-launched modern wellness brand, looking to completely disrupt the space with our strong innovation. With brand guidelines established (soft cyberpunk meets sexy apothecary) we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across all channels as we prepare to go to market. You will be responsible for executing the brand vision, creating compelling assets, lead art direction and helping to shape the future creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Execution

• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and on-brief design assets in line with the established brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Champion the brand by proactively updating and refining evergreen assets, ensuring they remain current and aligned with evolving strategies.

• Collaborate with the Director to generate innovative design ideas that bring campaign concepts to life, pushing creative boundaries.

• Produce both print assets (posters, leaflets, point of sale) and digital assets (social media posts, website banners, email designs, etc.).

2. Leadership & Team Setup

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all design deliverables meet brand standards.

• As the brand grows, begin building and managing the design team, fostering a collaborative, creative environment.

• Brief and oversee external partners (CGI, animation specialists) to ensure they deliver high-quality work that aligns with the brand’s vision.

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with project leads to fully understand briefs, adding your own insight, providing accurate timing estimates, and managing expectations.

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure design concepts are integrated into broader brand initiatives.

• Present design concepts confidently, both internally and to external partners, refining ideas based on constructive feedback and overseeing them through to final execution.

4. Multi-Channel Design & Project Management

• Translate creative briefs into engaging multi-channel design layouts, from social media and web banners to print and physical assets, ensuring brand consistency.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time while maintaining high design standards across all touchpoints.

• Take ownership of projects and communicate clear direction to the studio and any external suppliers/vendors.

5. Problem Solving & Innovation

• Be proactive in identifying potential challenges and offering creative solutions to avoid roadblocks in the creative process.

• Use your AI skills to develop innovative design solutions, ensuring the brand stays at the forefront of technology-driven creativity.

• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, confidently taking feedback and incorporating it to enhance your designs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sector.

• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.

• Experience briefing and overseeing CGI and animation projects with specialist designers, with an understanding of best practices for creating visually compelling content.

• Demonstrated ability to design across both print and digital platforms, with a solid portfolio showcasing creative work for social media, websites, email, and physical assets.

• Ability to create striking and meaningful brand decks.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.

• A strong communicator with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Enthusiastic about shaping a new brand and taking it from concept to full market execution.

• Ability to update Shopify with new assets and work with E-Commerce Manager to ensure site optimisation (site build outsourced).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies in graphic design.

• Experience in animation or video editing to bring campaign concepts to life through motion graphics.

• Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment where flexibility and initiative are key.
