We are a small but mighty studio. We craft strong, beautiful brands, grounded in sound design principles and strategic insight, ready to connect seamlessly in the digital and physical worlds.
Our team comes from all over the world and mostly works remotely. We have a beautiful studio HQ in leafy Oxfordshire and a base in London.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking Senior UX/UI Designer to join the FD team. You will sit at the heart of the studio's interactive output, working alongside great minds to design and deliver original digital experiences across both web and product. You will bring ideas, energy, and skills to any task, from immersion to strategy to expression to implementation.
The Day-to-Day
- You’ll champion the end-user.
- Generating ideas with strong conceptual foundations.
- Providing a digital perspective and valuable input across all stages of a project; from immersion to implementation. Delivering compelling and inspiring work from beginning to end.
- You will plan, manage and run user research alongside your team to understand user behaviour and identify needs.
- Take responsibility for hitting deadlines and always be mindful of timings.
- Supporting team members across the design and client service teams to meet collective goals.
- Managing external suppliers to ensure they deliver to our high creative standards.
- Being culturally connected and understanding new waves and trends, attending events and exhibitions, and connecting with universities and design institutions.
- Actively contributing to our culture.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A Senior Digital Designer who has a passion for UX, UI, technology, and innovation.
- You can turn big ideas into original digital experiences, delivering seamless user experiences, governed by the user, and designing at the cutting edge of what's possible.
- You enjoy team collaboration working alongside designers and developers and effectively collaborating with our Creative Director to achieve the team’s overall vision.
Key Skills and Qualities
- 6+ years of industry experience with proven skills and competencies across both web and product. You must also show an ability to learn and develop.
- Ability to solve complex business and user problems, communicate product strategy and create high-quality experiences.
- Work that demonstrates a user-centric design approach and a well-crafted execution, along with experimentation, versatility, and energy.
- Ability to run interviews, workshops, and interactions with clients.
- Ability to flex and work within any industry, with any type of client, anywhere in the world (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond).
- Excellent level of skill in design and prototyping programs specifically covering UX and UI. Figma is a must-have.
- Experience in digital design operations and practices including delivering in an Agile manner, working in Sprints, and crafting Atomic Design systems.
- Have a basic understanding of best practice design for both coding and SEO.
- Experience in animation, coding, and interaction design is a bonus.

The Not-So-Small Print
- We are flexible with regards to location— but you will be working UK hours.
- Although the role is remote, on occasion you will be expected to attend client meetings in London/Oxford.
