The Role
This is a full-time permanent position.
We are looking for a passionate illustration producer to join the Everyone family! Ideally, you will have a few years production experience in a similar role. We are open to meet candidates from pure photographic and animation production backgrounds, but a keen interest in illustration is a must. This is a key role in the agency, and as we expand the position has huge potential for growth.
You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess a calm and approachable tone at all times. Be used to managing multiple projects at one time, and be a great problem solver. You should be comfortable negotiating, and have a good understanding of pricing and usage. You must show a passion for contemporary illustration and be aware of and interested in all aspects of the creative industry.
The role will be based at our canal-side London workspace - Containerville in Hackney, a light filled and relaxed environment. This is a studio based, full time position, with potential flexibility to work from home part of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Managing both illustration and animation productions from initial brief to final delivery.
Budget Management - negotiating fees, preparing final estimates for production sign off, invoicing and reconciling jobs after completion.
Inter client/artist liaison throughout a project. Managing client and artist expectations, effectively collating and communicating feedback and working to agreed schedules.
Managing the smooth running of projects to ensure lasting relationships with clients and creative collaborators.
Working closely with the artists to ensure project briefs and timings are met
Assisting with preparing pitch/treatment documents including, where necessary, bringing in specialist treatment writers, storyboard artists and animators.
Help to build our freelance production network for stills and animation, sourcing freelance animators and producers (some productions may be delegated to external producers if/when required).

Salary - Based on experience
We offer - 20 days paid leave per annum (plus bank holidays). A laptop will be provided for work.
