Job Description

We’re looking for a Producer eager to work on exceptional projects at the intersection of design, motion branding and animation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a production role, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to delivery. They’ll balance creativity with operational efficiency, ensuring Art&Graft’s high standards are upheld while fostering strong client relationships.

With exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, they’ll be a trusted partner to both clients and team members. They’ll thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate a proactive mindset, and inspire others with their clarity, creativity, and care.

WHO WE ARE

Art&Graft is a creative studio partnering with progressive, world-renowned brands such as Apple, Google, Meta, Ring & Virgin Media.

We believe in the power of co-creation and work closely with brands and in-house creative teams all around the globe from our London studio.

Through our weekly Spark Sessions and creative Masterclasses, we create space for every member of our team to develop new skills, try new things, and work on studio projects alongside commercial ones.

WHO YOU ARE

Positive and Proactive: Flexible, helpful, and humble. A can-do attitude, with an ability to always find a way through.

Trusted Partner to Clients: A natural builder of authentic working relationships with clients. You speak with deep knowledge of our craft and deep empathy of their needs.

High Level of Craft: Extensive experience in the creative industries with a broad skillset. You have a strong aesthetic and technical know-how, enabling you to provide guidance and set a benchmark for quality.

Strong Interpersonal Skills: Able to foster a positive and collaborative team environment, enhancing team cohesion and overall creative output. You know how to inspire, motivate, and lead.

Accountable and Organised: Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and taking ownership of projects, which pushes projects forward and ensures projects are delivered on time.

Aware and Thoughtful: Has an understanding of the wider requirements of the studio, how the work you and your team are doing fits into the business as a whole and the realities that come with that.

Strategic Thinker: Understands project needs and can anticipate and address challenges, aligning efforts with studio goals to ensure efficient project delivery.

Calm Under Pressure: Maintains focus and composure to ensure smooth project deliveries, even in challenging situations, helping to minimize disruptions and maintain team morale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Oversight: Responsible for overseeing multiple creative projects, ensuring high-quality output that meets studio standards and is in line with client’s expectations and goals.

Budgeting and Scoping: Developing and managing budgets which include estimates, SOW, proposals, pitches, work plans, schedules, and project status updates.

Project Management: Oversee your projects from start to finish, building the teams, setting clear priorities, and distributing feedback to ensure the smooth running of your assigned projects.

Self-Leadership: Effectively manage your own personal output, productivity, and motivation. This includes clear communication with other Producers, Head of Production, Team Leads, and Creative Director.

Collaboration with Team: Build strong partnerships with the leads to plan projects, manage resources, and set timelines.

Task Distribution: Work with leads to assign tasks, adjusting roles as needed to handle diverse project demands and ensure the smooth execution of your team’s projects.

Briefing and Feedback: Help kick-off projects, provide feedback, and guide the team in implementing client notes to the high standards required.

Client Management: Act as a main point of contact - be flexible, helpful, and humble, preparing, presenting work, and communicating clearly in client meetings. Then translating any feedback into decisive next steps. Develop authentic and genuine working partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and actively seeking out new opportunities.

Evaluation: Generating “lessons learned” and cost reports upon completion of projects to learn and optimize future workflow.
