We work with all sorts of wonderful brands, from Fever-Tree, Gu Puddings, Tenzing and Yoto Player to Diddly Squat Farmshop and Psycle.

The Role:

We’re looking for a talented Junior or Mid-weight UX/UI Web Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s looking to deepen their skills, bring fresh ideas, and collaborate with a team that values creativity and innovation. You’ll work closely with our designers, developers, and strategists to craft engaging, user-centric digital experiences that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Research & Analysis: All our projects start with an in-depth Discovery & Strategy phase to get a deep understanding of the brand, client’s needs and work together with the project team to set objectives and principals.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes that capture user journeys, ensuring functionality aligns with project objectives.

UI Design: Confident in mobile first design to create visually compelling UI designs that prioritize usability and align with brand identity and push forward with design trends.

Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including developers and project managers, to bring designs to life. It’s all about teamwork at twotwentysven.

User Testing and design reviews: Participate in testing phases to review the finished product and improve user experience.

Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and competitive.

Who You Are:

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and projects. Got more experience, we’re open to hiring a more experienced Designer, so do get in touch.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, and component based design. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.

Creative & Analytical: You’re as comfortable being creative as using data and client insights to make informed design decisions, and not afraid to question!

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail in all aspects of design.

Collaborative Mindset: Eager to work as part of a team, receiving feedback constructively and contributing ideas.

User-Centric: Passionate about creating digital experiences that solve user needs and provide intuitive, enjoyable interactions.
