About Spill
At Spill, we are working to make therapy a universal employee benefit. Started in 2019, over 600 companies use Spill and we’re currently delivering over 30,000 therapy sessions per year.
The role
We're looking for someone 1-2 days per week, ideally on a longer-term basis, to work on our design system, brand elements, and user flows.
You’ll spend most of your time (50%) designing elements and components for Spill’s product in our design system, some of your time (30%) listening to user research and prototyping user flows and slightly less of your time (20%) working on our brand design elements on the website.
It's a cool job. You'll get to really impact the flows that help thousands of people access mental health support each week.
The ideal person
We're looking for somebody quite senior (8+ YoE) who has worked on making UI elements look really good in the past.
The logistics
We're flexible over the day you'd work at Spill, we would like that day to be in person. In-person isn't a hard requirement, but it would be nice.
