Midweight Artworker
Job Description
Designwerk are looking for a confident Creative Midweight Artworker who is keen to make an impact in a busy East London design studio.
The Creative Artworker will support our design team, taking our concepts and applying these across a range of large & small formats. Creating high-end artwork for print and digital projects. Large format event graphics and print comms, design and layout of digital assets and marketing materials. Much of our current work requires a high level of knowledge in Illustrator. We will require logo and creative versioning, graphic language application to a multitude of different formats.

Responsibilities:
- Have 3+ years artworking experience
- Be technically very proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proficient in Powerpoint as we often have to create and refine client decks
- Excellent understanding of print production processes, colour management, typesetting and printing across different materials, formats and finishes.
- Experience working to detailed media plans for digital and print campaigns
- Creating and modifying artwork files, including retouching as required, ensuring colour accuracy, resolution, and file formats across large and small scale outputs.
- Experienced in taking designs through to delivery ensuring the highest quality and standards at all times
- Demonstrable understanding of versioning and working with an existing design system to flex and stretch for different touchpoints
- Have a broad portfolio of work demonstrating creative application and implementation
- Be methodical and meticulous with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, proactive and organised
- Have the ability to work quickly under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- A team player and happy to contribute to the studio culture
