With big plans for the next 12 months they are now keen to expand their inhouse creative team of curious and free-spirited bold thinkers.

Responsible include;

• Responding to briefs from global marketing and sales teams in a timely and creative manner.
• Lead on the creation and delivery of beautifully designed and visually compelling assets
• Ideating and executing creative concepts across brand, large scale marketing campaigns and events.
• Artworking for multi-channel collateral across print and digital, from event invites to vinyls, packaging to sales materials.
• Creating short animations for our digital channels.
• Art directing photography and videography for our products and campaigns.
• Contributing to regular brainstorming sessions within the Brand & Creative team.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse in these cultural spaces
• Help maintain the benchmark for quality and best practices within the design team, ensuring brand consistency throughout all applications.
• Review and line manage junior designers’ work to ensure a high quality.
• Review and manage any freelance designers when needed.

Experience and skills needed;

• Ideally a minimum of five years relevant experience (though we consider all levels), working within an in-house team or agency environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design, strategic thinking, and technical prowess across various media print, digital, social media, and events.
• Exceptional layout and typography skills,
• A team player, familiar with thriving in a tight-knit, fast-paced environment.
• A bonus if you have some experience with art directing video, animation and video editing
• Exceptional knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Basic skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Sketch, Figma
