Job Description

Air Social Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Midweight Designer to join its award-winning team of digital marketing, creative and social media experts based in Guildford, Surrey.

We work with local, national, and global clients in various sectors, from social care and local government to hospitality and housing. Clients include Age UK, Hilton Hotels, IVF Network, Surrey County Council, West Sussex County Council, WSP, Zest Technology, and many more.

You will work alongside our Creative Director on a broad range of clients in a fast-paced environment, so being adaptable and proactive is essential. As is being a good communicator - we like to talk but don’t mess about - we get things done! Projects can range from branding to web design, social media design, print design and conceptual advertising - so we want someone who’s positive, keen to get stuck in and can multi-task.

We’re passionate about ideas and creativity, so we’re looking for someone who is concept-driven, willing to learn, and willing to push boundaries.

Key Skills

  • A minimum of 4+ years design experience
  • Good knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Software, including Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD and an understanding of the principles of UX/UI design
  • Ability to interpret briefs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong layout skills
  • Good time-keeping skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
  • Good understanding of print design and processes
  • A good problem solver - who can translate concepts into strong visuals
  • After Effects and Premiere Pro - is an advantage but not essential
  • A proactive and friendly attitude
