The Role:
We are seeking a talented, dedicated and hard-working Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager you will be an integral part of our team and a bridge between clients and our company. You will have the opportunity to truly be involved, working on a diverse range of projects, with clients from various industries. We are looking for a team player and a good thinker & doer who can bring high-quality ideas alongside excellent organizational and communication skills to deliver projects and brand experiences of the highest standard.
In this role, you'll be able to grow, develop your skills and stretch your thinking into areas such as sports, technology, film and television and more for stand-out clients. This is a unique role and a significant opportunity to make your mark and develop in a growing business.
Responsibilities:
As Account Manager, your role is crucial in taking responsibility for management and implementation across the account(s) you will work on, ensuring that all elements of the project are buttoned down, delivered effectively and to the highest standard, whilst creating strong relationships with our internal team and clients. We want you to become an expert in your client’s organization and brand helping to deliver excellence through:
Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate project development between clients and relevant internal team
Project Management & Business Development
- Efficiently create, organize and communicate project timelines and schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards
- Support on management of resources, including external partners such as freelancers, suppliers and third parties, where required
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure client needs are met
- Assist in company internal process optimization and implementation of new tools where required
- Prepare written elements of presentations, where required
- Proofread and check presentations, artwork and documents for accuracy
- Assist in responding to client RFPs and co-author proposals
What you’ll need:
- A passion for brands, design and creativity
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines
- 3-4 years previous experience successfully working on client projects at a brand/design agency
- An ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with clients
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
- Proven ability to adopt a self-motivated, problem solving approach to work
- Exemplary written and verbal skills
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, GSuite (or similar) and relevant project management tools with a willingness to learn new software as needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus but not essential
