We’re looking for a talented client Account Manager / Executive / Director to join our team.

Who You Are

  • Account manager / executive / director with at least c.3 years of client experience.
  • Positive and proactive, working well in team environments, with ability to get team members and stakeholders on your side.
  • Highly adaptable to change and working in unstructured / high-growth environments.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn new skills, and inspire colleagues ideas / technologies that could enhance our work.
  • Along with a sharp eye for what constitutes exceptional content, you’ll be genuinely interested in social media, on top of subcultures, memes, trends and what the best creators are up to on socials.

Your Skills

  • Excellent project and client management skills.
  • Able to read the room, think quickly on your feet and be creative at problem solving - confident and comfortable communicating effectively with a range of personalities.
  • Strong and proactive communication skills, super diligent at ensuring clients are kept in the loop at all stages of the project.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Slack etc - including ways to keep our clients updated and delighted.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics, generate insight-driven reports, and optimise content accordingly.
  • Use your experience & knowledge to be a key decision maker on projects and offer valuable experience and insight during early concept work.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary contact and responsible for running point on our client accounts.
  • This is a hands-on role, where you'll be accountable for your projects: briefing and coordinating our organic and paid media strategists and creative design team, managing client expectations and delivering incredible content for our clients on time.
  • You'll run the workstreams, systems and processes for smooth project management and production of final deliverables - ensuring efficient team resourcing including task prioritisation.
  • This includes building / running our internal systems and client-facing systems (we currently use Notion, Asana, Slack) to track scope and status of all live briefs.
  • You'll work with our Growth & Sales team to contribute towards our end of year targets. This could be supporting with new business opportunities through your network or retaining / building on existing client relationships.
  • As the business grows and we take on new clients, you'll be responsible for building / developing the processes, team and expertise with it.
