We’re looking for a London-based Client Services Manager to strengthen connections with both UK and US clients, ensuring that every project embodies our commitment to purposeful design.
About the Role:
As the bridge between our clients and creative teams, you’ll oversee timelines and budgets, guiding projects to completion with integrity and impact. You’ll work across time zones to deliver thoughtful, resonant work.
Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Communicate client goals clearly and concisely.
- Project Management: Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely to uphold high design standards.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in client services or account management, ideally within a creative agency.
A true people person, comfortable managing relationships with tact, clarity, and a warm approach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
Experience with project management tools (like Monday) and a love for bringing order into the creative environment.
