Job Description

ABOUT US

Not Actual Size is a collective of creatives and strategists who build respect for brands. We are an independent, employee-owned B Corp, working in partnership with Global brands such as Dove, Sure/Rexona, and Roche.

Our services cover the creative spectrum – from truly social-first content creation to turning unseen insights into campaign ideas. We also never forget the beautiful basics and take pride in crafting product pages or lifestyle shots that truly resonate – for us, every detail matters. Our strategy team works closely with our creative team and client partners, providing data, insights and reporting to influence decisions and boost innovation.

Our approach to work and culture is based on Radical Respect. It is our rebellion against the noise of an ultra-connected world and it means we give obsessive attention to every quietly significant detail in order to boost relevance for our clients, people and society.

Our team has been continually growing and we’re looking for big thinkers, dot joiners and meaning makers to join us – we have big plans for the future and are looking for an ambitious, proactive and experienced Senior Account Executive to help us go to the next level.

ABOUT THE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Account Management team leads client relationships and provides highly regarded strategic consultation. They are project leads and orchestrate delivery across mixed discipline teams ensuring all output is produced to the highest standard, delivering to best practice as well as the client brief.

The team are brand guardians – they work with clients as partners, immersing themselves in their brand’s world to provide counsel. They have sound knowledge in all NAS service areas and the latest trends in brand communications in order to effectively guide and grow their accounts.

ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll help build solid client relationships founded on mutual trust, openness and respect. You’ll drive and manage a range of content – from brand campaigns to organic and paid social content, across platforms. You’ll be responsible for facilitating the entire content process from creative development to final delivery and evaluation.

Your project planning and management skills are built on rigour and you never leave a stone unturned when getting to know your client’s world.

You will have 1-2 years experience in an account management role, ideally at an agency.

You have strong strategic and creative judgement and are most satisfied when delivering exciting creative work that meets client needs.

You are a Senior Account Executive who can:

  • Use strategic skills for daily listening across designated brands, tracking conversations and honing listening skills
  • Get to know clients and brands through thoughtful questions and immersion
  • Effectively manage time, keeping everything updated to support team planning and reporting.
  • Speak confidently about the world of brand communications, social media and digital
  • Support across project deliveries and tight timelines
  • Communicate effectively
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure the wider team understands client expectations through excellent written briefs and verbal channels

You are a Senior Account Executive who happens to be:

  • A critical thinker who knows very well what good ideas look like, but also whether they are right for each platform.
  • A good communicator with confidence to speak regularly and efficiently to ensure internal teams are updated and aligned
  • An innovator who keeps abreast of cultural conversations and technological advancements to stimulate reactive proposals relevant for people, clients and the agency.
  • An adult who loves creativity but also understands business needs and social context.
  • A tidy team member who uses file-saving and project management tools rigorously - to help cross-team work.

You are a Senior Account Executive who has:

  • 1-2 years experience in an account management role
  • A genuine excitement for brand communications
  • A passion for our industry and doing good work
