Studio Manager at Apartamento Studios, Barcelona
Job Description
Apartamento Studios is looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Studio Manager to join the Apartamento Studios team in Barcelona. This is a Part Time role, 20 hours a week, with the possibility to grow in the future.
The successful candidate has proven experience in a similar role, preferably having worked on agency side.
You will be assisting the team in Barcelona with studio management and direct support for projects, working in close collaboration with Studio & Project Manager based out of our Berlin office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in the Barcelona studio. Ensure smoothly day to day running of the projects, with a close eye on deadlines and budgets. Assist in monitoring time resources, especially as projects near time allocation.
- Understanding the requirements and needs of the projects you are working with, making sure the agency services are implemented effectively and delivered in-line with the client's vision.
- Report and analyse projects performance, providing regular updates to key stakeholders within the company.
- Assist the team with projects expenses reports, when necessary, preparing for bookkeeping in a timely manner.
- Assisting with staff management, onboarding, handling necessary paperwork and team equipment. etc while cultivate an inspiring atmosphere for the studio by assisting in managing the cultural aspects of the studio.
- Ensuring that the office is supplied with day-to-day essentials, rooms are prepared for meetings, etc.
EXPERIENCE
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- At least 3/4 years experience in similar or comparable role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Docs Editors, Slack and project management tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous, but not essential.
- Good understanding of the design processes and production knowledge across different creative outputs.
