About the team
The IMA-HOME Producers are at the heart of making it happen. We start in pre-production, managing and supporting the creative process whilst guiding it through. We resource the right team and ensure everything runs smoothly on the shoot days. Collaborating with the post-production team, we work with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are sent on time and within budget.
Summary of the Assistant Producer role
Our team is casting for an Assistant Producer. Someone with the energy and passion to support a range of projects – from online video and TVC, to social campaigns.
With a focus on supporting the producers, you’ll also work with an established team of editors, motion graphics artists and art directors, as well as liaising with other departments in the agency.
From sourcing locations and cast to supporting on shoots, you’ll have strong time management skills, be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
Some responsibilities of the Assistant Producer role will include
- Work with our client services team and / or clients to manage projects through to completion. Working collaboratively with an in-house team of editors, motion graphics artists, art directors and producers
- Building relationships with experts from around the business
- The ability to consolidate relevant information to create a clear brief for the relevant motion specialist, as well as interpreting and clarifying client feedback
- Assist with booking project resources for all projects for both the internal team and freelancers. For both on location crew (camera ops, sound recordist etc.) and post-production team (editors, motion graphics etc.)
- As an Assistant Producer you will be assisting in organising shoots, this could include sourcing locations and handling permits, sourcing models, wardrobe, and props, as well as sorting logistics (travel, accommodation, catering etc.)
