(just some of your) Role and Responsibilities
- Strategic designer able to translate business goals into visual identities, from logo design through to fully fledged design templates and systems
- Comfortable creating company merch, or expertly crafting the perfect playbook
- Editorial design and shoot concept development
- Creation of motion graphics and edits of short videos
- Designing a series of emailers
- Editing content in website CMS, especially editorially for a journal
- Curating and producing social content (mostly Instagram) using templates and systems
- An understanding of and experience in executing web development projects
Experience
Ideally a couple of years relevant experience, however we're looking for talent over qualifications and encourage applications from anyone with passion for creative branding. You'll have the mind-set to take feedback constructively, and welcome direction from the founders.
Skills
- Organised, detailed and precise
- Ability to work independently, self-motivate and juggle multiple projects with competing timelines
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and an understanding of software such as Figma and Typeform
- Familiar with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Filestage, Google Workspace
Nice to Haves
- Motion graphics and video editing skills to create dynamic logos, social posts, and brand showreels
- Experience in art direction and editorial for magazines
