Midweight Designer
Job Description
We’re partnering with a Creative Agency, and they are looking for a Mid-weight Designer to join their team to work on one of the world’s largest FMCG brands.
You’re someone who’s multi-disciplined and adaptable, able to take on a diverse range of projects.
This role involves working with age-restricted products across various regions and markets, where levels of restriction differ, providing an exciting opportunity to push creative boundaries.
You will work on a variety of projects, from global POS toolkits to video production, live activations, and ATL campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills, working alongside two experienced Lead Designers.
Requirements:
• A degree qualification or equivalent experience in Design
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Ability to use initiative to interrogate briefs and offer well-considered solutions
• A passion for learning new skills and injecting fresh creativity into work
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas effectively
• Comfort with handling multiple projects simultaneously, and resilience when receiving feedback
• A natural ability to build rapport, bringing a sense of humour to the workplace
• Proficiency in Adobe CC core programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Problem-solving skills, either following direction from a Creative Director or by adding personal flair
• The ability to collaborate across various disciplines
• Patience, level-headedness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for creative arts and advertising
• A desire to gain exposure to a variety of work to help grow and develop
