Job Description

We are partnering with a design studio, and they are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their multi-disciplinary team.

Under the leadership of the Creative Director and Design Director, you will contribute to every stage of a project's lifecycle—from gathering wide-reaching references and crafting creative design solutions to meticulous artwork and print production.

This is a highly collaborative studio; this role is suited for an individual who thrives working both in teams and independently—from idea generation through to design development, formatting, and delivery. Above all, they are looking for someone who has a strong dedication and passion for culture and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue and maintain a high level of craft with exceptional attention to detail across numerous projects.
  • Support the Creative Director and Design Director to ensure work is dynamic, thoughtful, delivered on time, meets the client's brief, and crafted to the highest standard.
  • Oversee work by junior members of the design team.
  • Apply and coordinate design delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Individually lead projects and work collaboratively with the wider design team on larger projects.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years of agency experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce holistic design solutions with beautiful execution. Your portfolio should show experimentation, system thinking, and dynamism.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS and Sketch.
  • An intelligent, organized, and varied approach to idea generation.
  • Exceptional eye for typography and layout.
  • Excellent knowledge of photography and print.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • An active interest in design, culture, and communication.
