This is an opportunity to scale an established global retail experience production company in the UK, and be part of that growth journey! Remuneration package includes £40k to £60k base salary (doe) + commission + benefits.
Its thanks to their incredibly talented retail experience production team that they have built a global reputation for making and installing high-end luxury retail experiences for their clients’ customers.
Now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team remotely from the UK to scale the business in this region within luxury fashion and beauty retail experience sector.

• Market Research & Strategy
• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Collaboration & Reporting

Experience needed:
• Business development or sales experience within the fashion or beauty retail experience production (e.g. fit-out, pop-ups, activations, retail/window displays, spatial, shopfitting’s).
• A deep understanding of retail experience production within luxury fashion and beauty sector
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management and self-motivation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive presentations and pitches.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the fashion and beauty retail industries.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and remote communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Have a contact book of clients within retail experience production in fashion or beauty industry.
• Previous experience in a remote business development role.
