AGENCY RUSH - ILLUSTRATION AGENCY - FULL TIME AGENT

Agency Rush represent an international roster of hugely talented illustrators and we are looking for a sparky individual to join our Brighton-based team on a full time basis.

You should be savvy with a passion for and knowledge of the creative industry with exceptional organisation skills. You’ll be involved in every aspect of being an agent from courting new artists, to negotiating fees including rights and usage. You’ll be expected to maintain high energy and show commitment to this multidisciplinary role.

This can be a remote role although we do have a lovely office space in Brighton or a mix of the two.

Your skillset should include:

• Ability to prioritise tasks and be highly productive in a fast-paced environment

• Confident telephone manner and presentation skills in client meetings

• Meticulous, eagle eye for detail

• Good initiative and great self-motivation

• Adequate skills in basic Maths is vital

• Previous experience of working in the creative industry in an agency environment

• Basic design skills, including a working knowledge of Photoshop and Indesign

• Strong social networking skills
